Return and Exchange Policy for Liberty Co Living

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
  • After we have accepted your return we will invoice you for standard shipping costs and send you a return shipping label.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange a product, please specify the replacement item when contacting our customer service team.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

7. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will provide a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

8. Cancelling an Order:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
